Products and parts manufactured by Aeroqual Ltd are warranted against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from ship date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any product or parts found to be defective by Aeroqual Ltd during the warranty period will, at the option of Aeroqual Ltd, be repaired or replaced. Without limiting or derogating from any limitations of liability in Aeroqual Ltd’s standard terms and conditions, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall Aeroqual be liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor shall the liability of Aeroqual Ltd exceed the purchase price paid to Aeroqual Ltd for the product.
This warranty will not apply to products or parts that have been used for a purpose or in a manner which was not originally intended, or inconsistent with the product instructions, or to products or parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence (including, without limitation, negligent installation or operation), accident, damage while in transit, acts of God, incorrect installation (including in corrosive or damp atmospheres), incorrect cleaning or maintenance, the application of solvents, incorrect lubricants or corrosive materials, unauthorised repairs, or that have been altered or modified (including by the addition of hardware, software or consumables) other than by Aeroqual Ltd. Sensor calibration is not covered under this warranty. Consumable items such as filters, scrubber media, converter media, ultraviolet lamps, photoionization detector lamps, fans, bearings, pumps and batteries are not covered under this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not apply to, and specifically excludes, the integration of any additional parts or items, or the customisation of any product or parts, in either case, performed by a party other than Aeroqual Ltd.
Other than the warranty set out in this product warranty policy, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeroqual Ltd gives no other warranties, whether expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, including (without limitation) warranties relating to fitness for purpose or merchantability.
Any product or parts being returned to Aeroqual Ltd for service, repair or calibration, including items sent for warranty repair, must be assigned a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please send an email to email@example.com requesting an RMA number and shipping instructions.
All returns must be shipped to the factory, freight pre-paid. Aeroqual Ltd will pay the shipping charge to return the product or parts to the end user after repair or replacement of an item covered by warranty.
All instruments sent to the factory for repair or calibration must be free of contamination resulting from sampling chemicals, biological matter, or radioactive materials. Any items received with such contamination will be disposed and the customer will be billed a disposal fee.
Replacement parts, or service or repair work performed by Aeroqual Ltd are warranted against defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period which ends on the later of the expiry of the original warranty period, or ninety days from the date of shipment, under the same conditions as stated above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this product warranty policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. To the maximum extent permitted by law and without limiting or derogating from Aeroqual Ltd’s standard terms and conditions, any and all legislation relating to the sale of goods (and which is capable of exclusion) is excluded from this product warranty policy and the sale of the product, including (without limitation) the Sales of Goods Act 1908 (New Zealand), the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Aeroqual Ltd reserves the right to amend this product warranty policy from time to time without notice.
