Below configuration example is for sensor range 0-10ppm.
If you need position of switches for other sensor range, please submit a request to our service team.
Step 1: Adjust the dipswitches
- The 4 way dipswitch should be set to:
1. OFF 2. OFF 3. OFF 4. ON
- The 3 way dipswitch should be set to:
1. OFF 2. ON 3. OFF
Note: The OFF position is when the switches are closest to the numbers and the ON position is labelled as ON.
Step 2: Adjust the display zero and span
- With the sensor head plugged in and unit powered on the zero terminal needs to be adjusted to read zero on the display.
a. Within the first minute of powering the unit on the zero terminal needs to be turned using a small screw driver until the display reads zero
Note: It is important that this process is carried out during the first minute, before the first reading is taken on the sensor head
- With the sensor head unplugged and unit powered on the span terminal needs to be adjusted to read 10ppm on the display.
a. Turn the unit off and remove the sensor head.
b. When the unit is powered back on the display will show the 4-20mA readings oscillate from min to max.
c. When the display is showing the max reading the span terminal needs to be adjusted using a small screwdriver until the display reads 10.00.
Note: Refer to diagram for location of screw terminals.
